Being a Kontact centre quality manager, you will design training programs and introduce process enhancement tools that process quality issues. Manages day to day operations audit and reports / conducts process audit on a day to day basis to plan and deliver quality service as per client requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality framework is in place and coordinated across stake holders

  • Implement clear overall quality strategy with scalable process / tools/ systems that allow resource efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and align to Project’s contract agreement

The Head of Kontact Centre would be expected to shape the future of the centre operation, being committed to delivering a great customer Kontact experience through a variety of customer channels. This role will lead a number of FTEs, typically through a team of Kontact Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Kontact centre teams (in-house and outsourced) providing ongoing customer service, and specific service teams as well as the planning and forecasting team
